Leadership Statement

I believe a leader should be able to communicate effectively and be someone that people can look up too. You should be able to guide others in the right direction and try to steer them right. A leader should not be a dictator that orders people to jobs that they would not do themselves. I believe if that if you see someone struggling you should help them in the best interest of growing as an individual. Leaders should be able to instruct to anyone and break down terminology for the recipient to understand and formulate their own conclusion. I strive to expand individuals potential and try to put them in the best scenario to succeed.
