I'm pleased to be sharing with you some information about me that would make me a great candidate to bring on. I am a fast learner with a determined work ethic to solve issues. I am tech savvy since i have been interested with technology since i was a child and naturally being around computers all the time grows on you. This interest is what pushed me to enter university and pursue a career in technology, specifically cybersecurity. I have dealt with virtual boxes, switches, building computers, and configuring the bios to meet personal needs at home to get a better understanding of hardware and software. For my first IT job that i am currently at i have made great strides personally and for the business, My role started on the help desk for a few weeks before moving into a inventory position. While being in this inventory position i have gained experience with being able to organize and neatly bundle items that technicians can come back to base to grab and go, before i arrived technicians would have to search for the items themselves not knowing if items were in stock which is not effective when it comes to answering tickets for end users. I have later been put in charge of the imaging setup and configurations, this has been a great responsibility that i have been put in charge of. I have to make sure that this image is compliant with the system administrator as we communicate daily trying to figure out how to optimize the best end user experience with security and functionality. Once i finish my education in university i plan to continue my education in technology to stay ahead of the curve, especially with security.
